There are so many benefits which these Therapeutic (active) mushrooms have to offer with a vast array of talking points to address.

So, Micro-dosing (or Mycodosing as we prefer to call it), is not entirely based on which variety of Cubensis mushroom you use really (aside from PE varieties, which are notoriously potent), although they do all have a very different energetic element to them, but rather on a few different criteria:-

Dosage, intention & setting usually will be the factors to consider when micro-dosing. Anything from 0.1g to 0.5g is considered to be the sub perceptual micro-dosing range.

So for something like nicotine cravings for example, you’d probably find the sweet spot at around 0.4g capsules/dried fruiting body or powder.

This amount will still allow you to be more creative & functional throughout the day, while also allowing you to be aware of your shadow thoughts & observe your habitual patterns – effectively allowing you to understand and manage/address them effectively.

A good dosing schedule in general, will be 1 day on, 2 days off – so, 2nd day will be to observe residual effects, 3rd will be to rest & day four would be dose day.

This is purely a guide, so it may differ from person to person.

(One day on & 2 days off is generally the recommended microdose guide.

A double dose/triple would be geared more towards creative tasks/problem solving or to ease anxiety, provided you are in a safe environment – ie not at your workplace, when operating any sort of potentially dangerous machinery or when driving).
