It’s the active compounds, Psilocybin and Psilocin within them that are considered scheduled drugs within our country.
The spores, being microscopic in size, contain none of these illegal compounds making them legal to possess in South Africa.
Spore syringes, spore swabs and spore prints are shipped in inconspicuous, unmarked boxes or plain envelopes. We have optimized our packaging to ensure the safety and privacy of your order is consistently maintained.
Microscopy spores are best viewed at 400X or greater magnification. Place a small amount of dried spores into a small amount of water and then place a small drop of the resulting solution on a glass slide and cover with a slip cover. Excess water can be absorbed with the corner of a paper towel to prevent the slip cover from floating. Pre-made spore solutions in the syringe kit w/ applicator can be conveniently applied directly onto the slide.

Due to the nature of the products sold, we do not accept returns on our biological products.
We pride ourselves on the highest quality of genetics and products and thus everything is quality checked prior to sale. If you do however have any issues with your order- please get in touch with us via our contact info and we will take it from there.
We would be incredibly sad to see you go but you are able to cancel your order:
1. If payment has not yet been made for the order
2. OR if cancellation has been approved by our team
However once an order has begun processing, you will unfortunately not be able to cancel the order.

By submitting your order to us, you enter into a legally binding agreement so always make sure you plan on completing the order when placing it! We would hate for others to miss out on the Spore Guru magic!
Orders are processed on our website from Monday-Friday 9am-5pm (excluding public holidays). Orders placed on the weekend are queued based on when they were received and completed (Proof of Payment received) and processed the following business day. Any orders placed after 2pm will be processed the following working day.

Orders placed on our website are subject to a 3-5 working day processing time. Our business days run from Monday-Friday.

As each product is unique- lead time will vary. Please see individual product for further information regarding lead time on that item.

At times, we do offer rush order handling as an extra add on service, should you require your parcel URGENTLY- please contact us before placing your order to find out pricing & if this option is available at the time for your specific requirements.

Upon choosing this method after checking out online, banking details will be shared with you to enable you to complete payment.
Important Note:
If choosing the EFT option, proof of payment must be emailed to info@gurugenetics.co.za in order to process your order. It is also important that your order number be used as the reference for your payment. If these steps are not followed, we are unable to track your payment and thus your order will be delayed (and no one wants that!)
